Business Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These Business Policies (“Policies”) are the agreement between Pinsvit and the business that uses Pinsvit Business, the tools for listing places, taking bookings and serving customers on Pinsvit. By registering a business, claiming a place, or using Pinsvit Business, you agree to these Policies, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
1. About These Policies
- In these Policies, “you” means the business that registers with Pinsvit Business and the people who act for it; your “places” are the locations you manage on Pinsvit; your “staff” are the people you give access to; “customers” are the people who find or book your places; and “business content” is everything you or your staff add, such as descriptions, photos, services, prices and opening hours.
- You use Pinsvit Business for your trade, business or profession, not as a consumer, so the consumer provisions of the Terms do not apply to you.
- The person who accepts these Policies confirms they are authorised to bind the business.
- The Terms of Use also apply to your use of Pinsvit. If they conflict with these Policies, these Policies apply to your business use. Additional terms shown for a specific feature, plan or offer apply to that feature and take precedence for it.
2. Your Business Account
- You must run a genuine business (as a company, sole trader or other organisation), be of legal age to enter contracts, and be authorised to represent the business and the places you register or claim.
- Keep your business details accurate and current, including the name, address, contact details, services, prices and opening hours of your places.
- We may verify you and your places at any time, including by asking for documents or checking public sources, and we may refuse, suspend or revoke a registration or claim if we cannot verify it, if another person shows a better right to a place, or for any of the reasons in section 13.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done with your account, including by staff and by AI agents you or they connect. Give access only to people who work for you, limit it to what they need, remove it when they leave, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
3. Places and Listings
- Pinsvit shows places from public sources and from businesses. Claiming a place lets you manage its listing; it does not give you exclusive rights over the place's name, location or public information.
- We may display, format, translate, correct, merge or remove listings, for example to fix inaccurate information, resolve duplicates or settle disputes over who manages a place.
- We may show your places and business content in our apps and website, through AI agents and our API, in search engines and maps, and through partners that display Pinsvit listings, so that more customers can find you. You can ask us through our Contact page to stop sharing your business content with such partners, except where that is needed to run the Service.
- If you remove a place from Pinsvit Business, we delete its business content, services, customer list and bookings, and the place may stay listed on Pinsvit based on public information, without booking. If your Pinsvit account is deleted without removing your places first, booking at them is turned off and their content and records are kept until we transfer the place to another authorised business or remove it.
4. The Service
- Pinsvit Business currently lets you manage your places and their services, prices and opening hours; take bookings from customers in the app, on the web and through AI agents; run a front desk for bookings and requests; keep a list of your customers; record bills and payments made at your place; and receive booking notifications.
- We continuously develop the Service and may add, change or remove features. Some features may be offered as a beta or pilot, only to some businesses, or under additional terms; they may change or end.
- We aim to keep the Service available and working, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, any number of bookings, customers or revenue, or any position in search results. Support is provided through our Contact page on a reasonable-efforts basis.
- Some features rely on third-party services, such as Telegram, e-mail, maps, or the AI agents your staff connect; their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability.
5. Fees
- Pinsvit Business is currently free of charge.
- We may introduce fees, subscriptions, commissions, paid promotion or other paid features. Their prices and terms are shown before they apply to you, and we tell you about new or changed fees by e-mail in advance under section 15. A paid feature you choose to buy applies from when you buy it.
- Payments to us may be processed by a payment provider acting as merchant of record, whose terms then also apply. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
- If a payment due to us fails or is late, we may suspend the paid features concerned until it is made. Fees are non-refundable except where stated at purchase or required by law.
6. Bookings and Your Customers
- The contract for a booked service is between you and the customer. You are the trader towards your customers: you give them the information the law requires, show accurate prices including taxes, set clear cancellation and no-show rules, and provide the services you confirm. Pinsvit is not a party to that contract and does not act as your agent, broker or employer.
- Keep your services, prices, availability and booking settings accurate, answer booking requests in good time, and honour confirmed bookings. If you must cancel, tell the customer as early as you can.
- Customers pay you directly unless we explicitly offer a payment feature for bookings. Bills in Pinsvit are your own records; you remain responsible for invoices, receipts and taxes.
- You handle your customers' questions and complaints about your services. We may, but are not obliged to, help resolve disputes. To protect customers or the Service, we may cancel bookings, contact your customers about their bookings, or turn off booking at a place, for example if a place is closed, its listing is disputed, or your account is suspended.
- Treat customers respectfully and lawfully. Record no-shows and block customers only for a genuine reason, and do not discriminate unlawfully.
- Booking notifications that you or your staff turn on (Telegram, e-mail) carry the customer's name, the place, the time and the service to that channel. Keeping those channels under your control, for example turning them off when a staff member leaves, is your responsibility.
7. Business Content
- You keep ownership of your business content. You grant Pinsvit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, for as long as the content is on Pinsvit and for a reasonable period afterwards, to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example to resize, format or translate), display, distribute and promote it, in connection with the Service and our marketing of it. We may sublicense these rights to our affiliates, service providers and the partners described in section 3.
- You allow us to use your business name, logo and public listing details to show that your business is on Pinsvit, including in our marketing. You can ask us through our Contact page to stop using your name or logo in future marketing.
- You confirm that you have the rights to your business content, including the consent of people who appear in your photos, and that it is accurate, lawful and follows our Community Guidelines.
- We may remove or restrict business content that breaks these Policies, the Terms or the law.
- Customers may be able to rate or review places in the future. If so, you must not post, buy or solicit fake reviews, or offer incentives for positive ones; you may respond to reviews within our rules, and we moderate them under the Terms.
8. Access to Data
- You and your staff can see your places' bookings and requests, and for each customer who booked with you: their name, the contact details they or you added, their account e-mail and profile contacts, their profile photo, and their booking history at your places. You cannot see a customer's bookings at other businesses.
- We have access to all data in the Service to operate, secure, develop and improve it, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your business data or your customers' data, and we do not give your customer list to other businesses.
- We may use data about how places on Pinsvit are found and booked, including your places, to operate, develop and improve the Service, and to create aggregated statistics and insights that do not identify your customers. You do not currently have access to data about other businesses or their customers, including in aggregated form.
- Besides the partners described in section 3 and the providers that help us run the Service, we do not share your business data or your customers' data with third parties unless the law requires it.
- When your business account ends, you lose access to its data, which is then kept or deleted as described in section 3. Removing a place deletes its bookings, including from your customers' own booking history. You can ask us through our Contact page for a copy of your places' booking records before you remove a place or your account ends; we provide it where technically feasible.
9. Customer Data & Data Protection
- Pinsvit is the controller of the data it needs to run bookings on the platform. You are a separate controller of what you do with your customers' data, including outside Pinsvit. Each of us complies with data protection law for its own processing.
- For the data you or your staff add about customers in Pinsvit Business (names and contact details of customers without an account, private names, notes and blocks), we act as your processor, and these terms are our data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR:
• Subject and duration: we process customers' identity and contact details and your notes about them, for the purpose of providing Pinsvit Business, for as long as you use it.
• Instructions: we process that data, including any transfer outside the EEA, only on your documented instructions, which are these Policies and your use of the tools. If the law requires us to process it otherwise, we tell you before we do, unless that law forbids it. We tell you if we believe an instruction breaks data protection law.
• Confidentiality and security: people authorised to process the data are bound by confidentiality, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
• Sub-processors: you authorise us to use sub-processors bound by equivalent data protection terms. We give you our current list on request and tell you by e-mail about intended additions or replacements, so that you can object; if we cannot reasonably accommodate an objection, you may stop using the affected features. We remain responsible to you for our sub-processors' performance of these obligations.
• Assistance: taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to us, we help you answer your customers' requests and meet your obligations on security, breach notification and impact assessments, and we notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting the data.
• End of the service: when you remove the data or the place, we delete it, or return it to you if you ask before; when your account is deleted without removing a place, the data is kept with the place as described in section 3, and you or your successor can ask us to delete it. This does not apply where the law requires us to keep the data; copies in backups are overwritten in their normal cycle.
• Audits: we make available the information needed to show compliance with these terms and allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections, by you or an auditor you mandate, on reasonable notice and at your cost, in a way that protects other customers' data and our security. - You are responsible for having a legal basis to add a customer's data, telling customers without an account how you use it, and keeping notes factual and necessary. Do not record special categories of data (such as health information) in notes unless the law allows you to and it is needed for the service.
- Use customer data from Pinsvit only to serve your customers' bookings and as the law allows; send marketing only with the consent the law requires. Do not import bulk customer lists. Keep the devices and accounts your staff use secure, and tell us without undue delay about a security incident that may affect Pinsvit or its users.
10. Ranking and Visibility
- In place search, results are ordered mainly by distance from the searched point or, without a point, by how well a place's name, address and categories match the search words. Places that can be booked through Pinsvit may be shown first.
- Other factors, such as how complete and up to date a listing is, may also play a role, and we may adjust how results are ordered as we improve search. If we offer paid promotion, promoted results are labelled and we describe its effect on ranking here. Keeping your name, address, categories and booking settings accurate and turning on booking are the best ways to be found.
11. Acceptable Use
- Do not misrepresent your business, services, prices or availability; create fake places, bookings or customers; or claim places you are not authorised to manage.
- Do not use Pinsvit to offer illegal services or services you are not licensed to provide.
- Do not access Pinsvit by automated means other than our published interfaces (such as our API and MCP server) and within their limits; do not scrape, copy or resell data or access to the Service; and do not interfere with, probe, reverse engineer or overload the Service, except as the law expressly allows.
- Do not use the Service or customer data to send spam or to harass anyone.
12. AI Agents & Integrations
- You and your staff can run the front desk through AI agents and other apps connected through our MCP server. Everything they do with your account (for example accepting or declining bookings, recording no-shows or payments, or booking for a customer) is done on your behalf and under these Policies. Check what an agent proposes before you let it act.
- We may limit, suspend or change agent and API access to protect customers or the Service. We are not responsible for what an agent or its provider does.
13. Restriction, Suspension & Termination
- We may restrict features, turn off booking, take down a place listing, or suspend or close your business account if you break these Policies, the Terms or the law; if we receive credible complaints about fraud, abuse, unauthorised claims or your services; if a payment due to us is not made; if a court or authority requires it; or to protect customers, other businesses or the Service.
- When we restrict or suspend your account, we give you a statement of reasons at the time it takes effect. If we close your account, we tell you at least 30 days in advance with our reasons, unless the law requires immediate action, you have repeatedly broken these Policies, or there is a compelling reason such as fraud or a risk to customers' safety.
- You can ask us to explain or reconsider a decision by replying to our notice or through our Contact page; if we find we were wrong, we reverse the decision without undue delay.
- You can stop using Pinsvit Business at any time by turning off booking for your places or asking us to close your business account. Open bookings remain your responsibility towards your customers.
- When your business account ends, your access ends, your places and their records are handled as described in section 3, and sections 6, 7 (for content already distributed), 8, 9, 16, 17 and 18 continue to apply.
14. Complaints
- Send complaints about Pinsvit Business, including about our decisions or technical problems, through our Contact page. We consider each complaint, respond within a reasonable time, and tell you the outcome.
15. Changes to These Policies
- We tell you about changes to these Policies by e-mail at least 15 days before they take effect, or longer if you need time to adapt your business. You can end your use of Pinsvit Business before then if you do not agree.
- We may make a change sooner if the law requires it or to address an unforeseen and imminent danger, such as fraud or a security risk. We do not make changes with retroactive effect.
16. Warranties, Liability & Indemnity
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including about the accuracy of listings, the conduct of customers, or results you can expect.
- Nothing in these Policies limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, bookings, customers, goodwill or data, or for the acts of customers, staff, AI agents or third-party services; and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and EUR 100.
- You will indemnify Pinsvit and its affiliates against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your services, your business content, your processing of customer data, or your breach of these Policies or the law.
17. Confidentiality
- Keep confidential any non-public information we share with you about the Service, such as unreleased features, pilots, or special offers, and use it only to use the Service. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, or that the law requires you to disclose.
18. General
- We send notices to the sign-in e-mail address of the Pinsvit account of the owner who registered your business; keep it current. You send notices to us through our Contact page.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of networks or providers, attacks, or acts of authorities.
- We are independent parties; nothing in these Policies creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship.
- You may not assign these Policies without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or a successor in a reorganisation, merger or sale, and use subcontractors to provide the Service.
- If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
- If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without obligation to you.
